📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS compliance in data center operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in EHS management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead EHS initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a data center environment.
• Certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or OHSAS 18001 are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure.
