📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operations.
  • Schedule and track vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Oversee driver assignments and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
