📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
• Provide information about our hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival and departures.
• Promote our hotel's special offers, events, and packages to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and documents are readily available.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
