📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Work with the IT team to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote access tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.

Technical skills: Hardwaresoftwarenetworkingand IT security.Soft skills: Problem-solvingcommunicationand teamwork.Certifications: CompTIA A+Network+or Security+ are a plus.
