Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems within the facility.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of mechanical systems.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure that all mechanical systems meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that mechanical systems are integrated into new projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into our mechanical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in mechanical systems design, development, and maintenance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to mechanical systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
