📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train junior sales staff to ensure high sales targets are met.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote salon services and products to increase sales.,Collaborate with the management team to improve sales strategies.,Ensure the salon's cash register and POS system are in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with cash register and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
