📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.,Develop and optimize energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs.,Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate building automation systems with other building systems.,Provide technical support and training to facility staff on building automation systems.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in building automation and energy optimization.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in building automation and energy management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with a focus on building automation and energy optimization.,Professional certifications in building automation, energy management, or related fields are a plus.,Strong knowledge of building automation protocols and standards, such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.,Experience with energy optimization software and tools, such as EnergyPlus, TRNSYS, or DOE-2.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
