📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions,Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
