📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
