📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process customs clearance documentation for international shipments.
Communicate with customs authorities, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
Monitor and update import/export regulations and trade policies.
Use SAP and FedEx Trade Networks to track and manage customs clearance processes.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of customs declarations and invoices.
Collaborate with the team to improve customs clearance processes and efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customs clearance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related role.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and trade policies.
Experience with SAP and FedEx Trade Networks is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Valid work permit for Indonesia required.
