📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff,Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
