📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate field operations activities, including site inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget by monitoring progress and addressing any issues promptly.
• Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and available when needed.
• Provide training and support to field teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, with a strong background in project management and coordination.
• Proven track record of successfully managing field operations activities, including site inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Strong knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, and GIS Mapping Tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
