📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Process membership sales using our proprietary CRM system and payment gateways.
• Onboard new members, including orientation, equipment setup, and access card distribution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist with gym operations, including class scheduling, equipment maintenance, and staff support.
• Participate in sales training and certifications to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Engage with the local community through fitness events, workshops, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for fitness and customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
