As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee leaves and attendance management, ensuring accurate records and compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
