Agung Gilang Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Sanur, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and maintaining high-quality relationships with our suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for coffee. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire purchasing process, from supplier selection to order fulfillment.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to purchasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.,Knowledge of coffee industry and supply chain processes is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
