📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Facilitate communication between merchants and internal teams using Mandarin, ensuring clear and effective message delivery.
• Monitor merchant compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve merchant issues promptly and efficiently, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Update and maintain merchant records in our internal systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to address their needs and provide support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote merchant success and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• 2-3 years of experience in merchant operations, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with merchants and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards relevant to merchant operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience with payment processing systems and financial regulations is a plus.
