Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Develop and implement training programs for operational staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
