🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR strategy or workforce planning is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
