📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.,Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including costs and revenue, to ensure profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a positive and productive work environment.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with quality ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Experience in budget management and financial oversight is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software is desirable.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
