Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical devices and F&B manufacturing sectors.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of conveying solutions into client operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the medical devices and F&B manufacturing sectors.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our conveying solutions.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices or F&B manufacturing industries.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the medical devices and F&B manufacturing industries.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
