Hino Finance Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record in financial control and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and support documentation.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as required.,Maintain and update financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Proven experience in financial control and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
