📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects,Analyze project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets,Prepare and present detailed cost reports to stakeholders,Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction estimation,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements,Provide guidance and support to junior estimators

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation,Proven track record of accuracy in cost estimation,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
