📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee performance management, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and coaching.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct HR training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
