📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for footwear manufacturing and supply chain operations,Analyze market trends and customer demands to forecast production and inventory requirements,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation,Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and components,Develop and maintain detailed production and inventory reports for management and stakeholders,Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and supply chain management, preferably in the footwear industry,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
