📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Maintain accurate records and reports for management review,Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals,Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
