📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain strict inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.,Monitor and manage warehouse safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with suppliers to manage incoming goods and ensure timely receipt and storage.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with other departments.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.🛠️ Keahlian
