📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Oversee the store's budget and financial performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry regulations and best practices.
