📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and safety procedures.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervision role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
