• Manage domain registrations and renewals for our clients.
• Configure and maintain DNS records to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Issue and renew SSL certificates to secure our clients' websites.
• Monitor and troubleshoot domain-related issues to maintain uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement and update domain management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in domain management and DNS configurations.
• Proficient in using domain management tools such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with SSL certificate issuance and management tools like Let's Encrypt or DigiCert.
• Strong understanding of DNS protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and technical teams.
