• Manage and optimize international trade processes, including customs clearance, logistics coordination, and trade documentation.
• Collaborate with importers, exporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Monitor and comply with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Prepare and submit necessary trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of trade transactions.
• Provide training and support to staff on international trade procedures and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all international trade activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in using trade management software such as SAP, TradeLink, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid customs broker license or certification in international trade.
