As a Beauty Advisor Team Leader / Area Store Supervisor at Sant Group Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that all team members are trained and certified in the use of our products and services.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure that our stores are meeting their sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and personalized beauty and fragrance recommendations to all customers.
• Promote and sell our products and services to customers, both in-store and online.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty and fragrance retail industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance retail sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and other retail management software.
• Certification in beauty and fragrance products, such as a Professional Makeup Artist (PMA) certification or a similar qualification.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian beauty and fragrance market trends and consumer behavior.
