📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the beauty clinic.
- Manage and mentor a team of estheticians and beauty therapists.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the corporate office to drive overall business growth.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or spa industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Certification in beauty therapy or spa management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
