You'll be responsible for managing our international trade operations, from sourcing products to coordinating with suppliers and customers worldwide.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all export-import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export-import transactions, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on export-import procedures and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new export-import initiatives, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard export-import management software is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
