📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to clients and guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized lounge, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
