📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain VB 10T Compactor equipment with high precision and efficiency.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations at mining sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets and project milestones.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment readiness and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, preferably in the mining industry.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license and certification.
• Familiarity with VB 10T Compactor equipment and its operation.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
