Laboratory Assistant (Asisten Laboratorium)

Dhanistha Surya Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational integrity of our site laboratory, ensuring all testing procedures are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of scientists and engineers to support various projects, from environmental testing to quality control.

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced analytical instruments and software like LabVIEW and SpectraMax. This opportunity allows you to develop your skills in a professional environment while contributing to meaningful research and development projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in working order.
• Record and document test results accurately, using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Assist in the preparation of samples for testing, including handling and storage.
• Participate in quality control processes, including calibration and validation of instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in environmental testing or quality control.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software, including LabVIEW and SpectraMax.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
