📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience in managing accounting processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
