📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain power supply and distribution systems, including UPS, generators, and transformers.
• Ensure the proper functioning of cooling systems, such as CRAC units, chilled water systems, and refrigeration.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and fire suppression systems.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment performance and reliability.
• Assist in emergency response and crisis management, including power outages and fire incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a data center environment.
• Certifications in electrical safety, fire safety, or HVAC systems are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems.
• Proficiency in using tools and software for facilities management, such as BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites as needed.
